Kainerugaba Meets Western Uganda MK Movement Mobilizers
Western Ugandan mobilizers met with Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the National Chairman of the MK Movement and Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, on Wednesday in Entebbe.
During the meeting, Gen Kainerugaba expressed his gratitude to the mobilizers for their dedicated work in support of the MK Movement. He acknowledged the evident support that the MK Movement has been receiving from the mobilizers in Kigezi, Ankole, Tooro and western Uganda in general.
The mobilizers, in turn, expressed their gratitude to Gen Kainerugaba for taking time out of his busy schedule to meet and interact with them. Leaders of the MK Movement, namely David Kabanda and Michael Mawanda, were also present at the meeting.
Overall, the gathering served as an opportunity for Gen Kainerugaba to commend the mobilizers for their efforts and for the mobilizers to express their appreciation for his leadership and support.
Additionally, this afternoon, HRH Prince Sicalo Dlamini and his brother, HRH Prince Bandzile Dlamini, of Eswatini, were greeted by General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Senior Presidential Adviser for Special Operations.
The Ugandan General was visited by the princes, who are the offspring of Mswati III, the King of Eswatinia, at Entebbe.
The meeting between Gen. Kainerugaba and the princes comes after a previous visit by Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba to King Mswati III’s palace in the nation of South Africa earlier this year.
Gen. Kainerugaba conveyed his sincere gratitude for the chance to see the king, who had cordially received him at his court.
It was a great joy to recently meet His Majesty King Mswati III of Eswatini. He is a remarkable king. Strong ties exist between Uganda and Eswatini, as General Kainerugaba tweeted after the meeting with King Mswati.
Strong diplomatic relations have been maintained between the two nations, as demonstrated by King Mswati’s 2020 designation of an honorary consul in Uganda.
