In order to improve service delivery across the country, the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has announced a hiring campaign that would result in the establishment of 336 positions. In a statement released on Tuesday, November 21, the company stressed the need for energetic people to cover a variety of positions, such as managers, office assistants, and drivers.
The organization’s website, www.nssf.or.ke, provides interested individuals with comprehensive job specifications and requirements, easily accessed through rapid links. Emphasizing the vast nationwide network of service delivery, the NSSF seeks to fortify its human capital in order to more effectively carry out its service responsibilities to Kenyans.
The notice stated, “The Fund is looking to appoint skilled and dynamic Kenyans to fill these positions as outlined.”
– Principal Officer Position: 78 vacancies in total, falling under the job grade MG6.
– Management Trainees: Recruitment for 46 positions in the MG8 job group.
– Senior Assistant Accounts Officers: 32 individuals sought to enhance performance.
– Senior Principal Officer Position: Applications encouraged for the 28 available vacancies in this position.
– Office Administrators: Qualified individuals urged to apply for 27 slots under the MG8 job group.
– Accountants: 24 positions advertised.
– Drivers: 22 vacant positions.
– Assistant Managers: 19 openings.
– Regional Managers: Six positions available.
In addition, there are 15 openings for the roles of fingerprint officer, office assistant, and branch manager. There are also openings for two Records Officers, two Security Officers, one Senior Assistant Marketing/Member and Customer Experience Officer, and one Fingerprints Assistant role.Two positions—one for an administration officer and the other as an ethics and integrity officer—are open to interested and qualified candidates.
Application Process:
Prospective applicants were instructed to submit a cover letter, Curriculum Vitae (CV), and copies of certificates/testimonials to the NSSF office at Social Security House. Notably, current NSSF staff were encouraged to apply for the available vacancies.The deadline for applications is set for Monday, December 11, 2023. Applicants were directed to submit their materials by hand/courier in an envelope clearly marked with the position applied for or drop the application at Social Security House, Bishops Road, Block ‘A’, Western Wing, Fourth Floor by 5:00 PM on December 11, 2023.
