TSC Teachers’ New Payroll Number Is Now Available. Teachers employed by the Teacher Service Commission (TSC) are now assigned identical payroll numbers.

The response to the national government’s resolve to put into place the integrated human resources system known as the Unified Human Resource System, or UHRS, was the action taken.

The Head of the Public Service recently notified all Public Service organizations of this decision, which marks the beginning of a new age of integrated and streamlined HR procedures.

This innovative system will serve as a consolidated repository for all human resources data related to the public sector, including crucial particulars like payroll data.

Creating a “Unified Human Resource and Payroll Number generating system (UHR and IJPN) for the Public Service” was one of the recommendations made in the 2015 CARPS Report.

Because of this, the Allocation System for Unified Payroll Numbers (UPN) requires that every public employee be given a distinct and permanent identifying number.

TSC made the decision to provide each payroll member, including instructors, a distinct UPN number.

The T-Pay System is made up of two distinct identities: the UPN, also referred to as the payroll number, and the TSC/Employment number.

TSC introduced the T-Pay application platform, which enables check-off deductions for both employees and outside companies, in order to better manage third-party checks.

Teachers who have enlisted with the commission can use the TSC program T-Pay to access their pay stubs online.

All teachers need to do to access the portal’s services is to enter their TSC number and password.
