Not everyone is happy with the new Payrise since others have nothing to complain about after the first TSC and union salary phase.
Certain educators within certain groups grinned broadly as they cashed in their new salaries each month, which they received as a result of signing a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Kenya National Unions of Teachers (KNUT) and Teachers Service Commission (TSC), the teachers’ employer, signed the first phase of the Teachers salary increment CBA.
