KNEC Announces Collection Of KCPE/KCSE Certificates
KNEC Certificates of KCPE and KCSE Collection. All candidates who sat the 2022 KCPE exams are expected to pick up their individual certificates from their respective institutions, per a request made by the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Furthermore, candidates for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) in 2023 are advised by the KNEC letter to retrieve their KCSE result slips directly from their respective schools.
KNEC has notified the public that the schools whose students sat exams in the aforementioned years have gotten their certificates for the 2022 KCPE and 2023 KCSE.
Thus, all interested candidates, along with their parents or guardians, should get in touch with their respective institutions as soon as possible to obtain these important documents.The council threatened to impose penalties on anyone who complained or raised issues regarding the examination results or certificates after 30 days of their release.
If someone has an issue that needs to be addressed, they should contact the Heads of Schools and the Sub County Directors of Education.
Those who do not file their appeals during the 30-day period will face sanctions. In 2022, 1,230,588 candidates took the KCPE exams, and as part of the government’s 100% transition policy, all of them were qualified for admission to Form One. On the other hand, 899,453 candidates registered for the 2023 KCSE exams, an increase of 2% over the 2022 exam. The Kenya Primary School Assessment (KPSEA) and KCSE exams in 2024 are now accepting registrations through the KNEC portal.
All primary and secondary school heads must register all eligible candidates by March 29, 2024, at the latest. Exam centers, also known as schools, must log in to the KNEC website to load applicant data using their school’s registration login and to receive instructions on specific exam details.
