Prior to the KCSE 2023 exams, students from Nile Road Secondary and Embakasi  Girls Secondary School in Nairobi County received complimentary scientific  calculators.

A renowned provider of instructional technology, CASIO, donated the donations. According to the business, the calculators will promote a deeper grasp of STEM  disciplines and give students the tools they need to succeed academically.

A donation of scientific calculators for the Kenya Certificate of Secondary  Education (KCSE) exams in 2023 has benefited students from two secondary  schools in Nairobi.

The scientific calculators were given to Nile Road Secondary and Embakasi Girls  Secondary Schools in the Nairobi County by CASIO Middle East and Africa FZE, the  regional affiliate of CASIO Computer Co. Ltd.

The project, according to the company, is in line with CASIO’s fundamental objective  of leading educational breakthroughs to create more interesting and accessible  learning experiences, developing relationships between educators and students,  and providing tools that support the quest of knowledge.

The gift confirms CASIO’s dedication to enabling young minds to succeed in their  studies, making it an essential resource for students studying mathematics and  science.

This program is just one of the many ways CASIO works to have a significant  impact. It will help kids in Kenya have a brighter and more promising future and  will reinforce CASIO’s dedication to promoting a culture of learning, creativity, and  empowerment in the communities it serves.

The calculators, according to CASIO, not only facilitate a deeper knowledge of STEM subjects but also simplify complex calculations, giving students the tools they need to succeed academically and seek professions in STEM sectors in the future.
