The temporary director of human resource management and development, M.A. Sango, has signed a memo dated today that directs all unit heads to ensure they have finished at least 75% of the cases that are due by the end of May.
“Because of the tight deadlines, it is necessary to accelerate the increase in promotion IPPD Authorized Data Capture Sheets.” According to a section of the memo, “This will allow us to advance at least 75% of the cases that are due by the end of May 2024 paycheck.”
It will be mandatory for each officer to update a minimum of fifty (50) IPPD Authorized Data Capture Sheets every day. In order to manage the amount of instances that are updated every day, the letter also suggested that the unit heads find another Data Capture.
According to the commission, eighty percent of the instructors who were promoted to different grades (C2 to D5) through Advert Nos. 46/2023 to 69/2023 remained in their existing roles.
The document states that all promotions must take effect on the payroll by June 15, 2024, at the latest.
