The breakdown Of TSC Pay For Teachers Promoted From C2-C5. The new base pay and allowances for the promoted teachers will be determined by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
The commission ensures that teachers receive the following benefits, which vary depending on the nature of their work, length of service, and job group.
The monthly Commuter Allowance, the Leave Allowance that is provided to all teachers once, and the House Allowance are among the payments that are given to all teachers.
On the other hand, TSC offers Disability Guide Allowance to instructors working in special schools and challenges allowance for teachers to work in challenging subjects.
Furthermore, teachers are entitled to medical benefits equivalent to one month’s salary and transfer stipend, which is granted to teachers upon transfer. Keep in mind that transfer allowances are governed by CORT regulations.
