How to Download TSC Registration  Certificate via Email

Teachers who wish to register with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will now receive digital copies of their Certificates of Registration, which they can print off to serve as official documentation. On November 1, 2023, TSC introduced digital teacher registration certificates as part of its efforts to digitize its offerings.

Teachers who wish to apply for registration must include a working email address, as this is how the Commission will send the registration certificate. The certificate will be sent to the specified email address via the TSC email teacherregistrationcertificate2@tsc.go.ke. For the purpose of confirming identity, a One Time Pin (OTP) verification code will be issued to the phone and email.

To download the emailed TSC registration certificate, applicants need to complete both email and phone registration verifications by entering the OTP codes sent to each respective channel. Additionally, a link to download the certificate will be shared.

In order to prevent access concerns, it is imperative that you supply a working  email account that you can access at all times. A digital certificate of registration will be sent to the email address you supplied  during the application process upon successful registration. As physical proof of their TSC registration, teachers can then download and print  the certificate that was emailed to them.
