Grade Six Girl Loses A Baby during KEPSEA Exams
An 11-year-old grade six candidate from KIPSEA school in Transmara East, Narok County, encountered a tragic turn of events in a heartbreaking occurrence at Emurua Dikir Level 4 Hospital. She had a tragic miscarriage after going into labor while completing her tests. The entire town was startled when this little girl bravely attempted her exams in spite of her condition.
Education in Transmara East Sub-County Walter Wanjala verified the upsetting event and stated that the candidate got timely medical care; as a result, she is now stable. Amazingly, despite the terrible event, the girl has been cleared to take the remaining tests. Mr. Wanjala promised that she would return to school right away to finish her education if she recovered in time.
This tragedy highlights the necessity for a caring and supporting educational system by providing a sobering reminder of the difficulties experienced by young students.
