Learn How to Replace a Lost TSC Certificate and the Costs Associated In the event that your registration certificate is misplaced or damaged, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) provides the option of ordering a new certificate.
The actions below must be taken by teachers who want to request a duplicate certificate:
1.Pay a non-refundable charge of Sh2055 . 2. Save your confirmation of bank payment. 3. Hand over your authentic National ID card. 4. If you’re changing your name, you must provide an affidavit or marriage certificate.
Please be aware that TSC certificate applications are only accepted online, so make sure your scans of the required paperwork are clear before beginning the online application procedure.
Your ID or passport, a bank receipt, a marriage certificate (for duplicate certificates), and a police abstract are all required to be scanned.
1. Go to the TSC website at https://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke/
2. Be sure to provide your surname and ID number precisely. 3. Fill out your basic information as needed. 4. Continue to the following step, where you can modify your name if necessary. 5. Upload your scanned documents on the next page. 6. Click ‘next’ to go to the last page
Important information for candidates: – TSC does not accept paper or written applications; only online ones are accepted. – Fill out every field on the application form completely and truthfully. False information dissemination is a serious infraction and is not encouraged. – Ensure you scan and attach only the required original documents. – A Kshs. 1055 non-refundable registration fee, payable to the TSC Registration Account at the National Bank of Kenya, is required for new TSC registrants. – A non-refundable charge of Kshs. 2055 shall be placed into the TSC Registration Account at the National Bank of Kenya for Duplicate Certificate Applications.
